Dr. Kathy Wickens, Chair

Kathy is the sole proprietor of Chiropractic Care and Longevity Center in Perth and has lived and practiced in Perth for the past 30 years.

Kathy joined the Great War Memorial Hospital Foundation board in 2018 and following the amalgamation of the two foundations, now chairs the new Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation Board as of 2021.

As a business owner in the community Kathy has hosted numerous fundraising events such as the Ladies’ Sparkle Dance supporting Interval House and the GWM Hospital Foundation, as well as Give Back Run, supporting the Alzheimer’s Society.

Kathy is an active supporter of the community both philanthropically, and through the patronage of small businesses and community groups.

When Kathy is not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her immediate family and enjoys reading, swimming, traveling, kayaking, cooking, and playing games.

Kathy believes that it is crucial to have the most up-to-date equipment at our Hospital sites to ensure quality health care for every patient in our communities.
