Gifts of Security
Giving securities, mutual funds or stock transfers is one of the most generous ways to partner with the Foundation. These gifts mean that you pay no capital gains tax, and you will receive a charitable donation tax receipt that you can use to offset other income.
HOW DOES IT WORK? The process is simple.
To make a gift of securities to the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation, simply follow these steps:

Download and complete the Donation of Publicly Traded Securities Form
Submit Form
Give the completed signed form to your broker or financial advisor
Send Us a Copy
Send a copy (or ask your broker to do this) of the completed signed form to our broker and our Donor Relations Coordinator Sarah Stewart
